Our developing success: I have run a small business, I have helped improve large businesses in subtle but meaningful ways, and I'm currently continuing to influence positive, profitable changes in a management position in a growing company. Since I started working at 13 years old (well over 20 years ago), my creative thinking has allowed me to surface new ideas outside of the box, assisting various people in different puzzling scenarios, unveiling to them unseen steppingstones, ultimately helping them reach their particular goal at the time.

Sometimes it just takes the humility for us to acknowledge we need a second set of eyes to help us look in our blind spots from a different angle for what we are missing. True leaders admit they don't know everything and are good at delegating work to utilize different talents.
